Business Development Representative
The interview process was straightforward and clearly communicated. After each stage, the recruiter or manager would inform me about the next steps. The process included an initial recruiter screening, an interview with a manager, a practice mock cold call, and a final interview with the sales director and CRO. Reference checks were also conducted afterward. I really enjoyed talking with the team members and hearing about their experiences and outlook for the future of owner, which were all very encouraging.
- Can you share your past sales performance metrics and results?
- How did your performance compare to others in your previous sales position?
