So basically there were two rounds of interviews. The first one was super quick, like only 15-20 minutes. The second interview was much longer and they really dug into field-based questions and hypothetical scenarios. They wanted to know how I'd handle specific situations and my approach to leadership.

It was a relaxed process and I never felt intimidated, with a phone interview (1 on 1) and then a Zoom interview with 2 interviewers. Average interview with lots of scenario questions and questions about how you operate as a leader.

After submitting an online application, I was contacted pretty quickly about an in-person group interview. It involved teaching an activity to the group, participating in everyone else's activities, and then having a one-on-one chat with the recruiter, which was a standard behavioral interview. People taught all sorts of things, from icebreakers to actual skills. The recruiter joined in on the games and activities too, and they used to be a trip leader themselves, which was cool. They were really friendly.
