First round was with the CFO and manager, then the Head of HR. They made a decision the very next day. It was a pretty smooth and quick interview process. Lots of emails went back and forth for weeks, but after the interviews themselves, things moved fast.

It was a standard 2-step interview. First, HR called to ask basic questions like why I was looking for a new job. She also talked about the company, its different divisions, and the requirements and expectations for the role. Then, we arranged a face-to-face interview by email for the next week. The whole process was pretty standard, nothing particularly remarkable.

It was very unprofessional and casual. They didn't really answer my questions about the job or provide much of a job description. They mentioned company growth, but it doesn't seem like there's any. Everything felt very rushed, and I waited longer than the actual interview. There were also many interruptions.

The interview process kicked off with a recruiter, and overall it was a really nice experience. They did want an in-person interview, which was fine, though it felt a bit like a time sink in the end. The interviewer was super knowledgeable about her industry and asked some really good questions. I really liked her energy. I didn't get the job, but they let me know kindly.
