The interview process involved two calls: a 30-minute chat with the CTO, the duration of which depended on the conversation flow, and a longer session exceeding an hour with the team lead, project manager, and DevOps engineer. The entire process, from application to a decision, spanned about 3 hours over 4-5 weeks. There was a skills assessment, but if you know your stuff, it felt more like a casual chat to see if you'd be a good fit. I had to follow up for the decision, which I found a bit rude given the time companies usually take to decide.

First, I had a 30-minute phone interview with the Head of Sales. Then, I moved on to a 1-on-1 Skype interview with the whole Sales/BD team. After that, I had a Skype interview with the rest of the team, around 8 people at that time. Since it was an entry-level position, the interviews were quite casual, focusing on whether I'd be a good cultural fit and could succeed right after college. Everyone was approachable and very intelligent.

So first I had two phone chats, then I did an in-person thing that lasted all morning where I met with six different people. They sent over some data about how onboarding works and asked me to look at it and give them my thoughts or suggestions. I did that, and they liked that I found a problem and came up with a plan to fix it.
