Sales Representative
The interviewer was late and didn't give parking instructions. After that, I had a follow-up phone interview that lasted an hour and a half. It was all behavioral questions, and I never heard back from them. Super unprofessional, and I felt like they see people as disposable.

Guest Service Representative
It's a 2 tier interview process. First interview is with front office managers. They ask straight forward questions about your resume and some experience questions. Nothing you can't handle. Just be yourself.

Human Resources Specialist
The interview process is okay. First, the hiring manager does a phone screen. If they like you, you're moved to a team interview. The team and hiring manager then make the final hiring decision.

Applied online, then interviewed with the direct line supervisor, then interviewed with the department head, and finally interviewed with the GM.
