I went during a job fair. I filled out a paper with my availability and experiences. The HR rep interviews you and talks about which department would best suit you. Then, if they like you, they invite you inside the store to interview with the department's manager. And then they offered me the job on the spot. I saw them tell a few other people they would let them know in a few days if they got the job, but those people never were put on the schedule so I'm guessing that is their polite way of rejecting them.

The interview process spanned about four weeks. It started with an application submission. Then, HR conducted a 30-minute phone call to discuss things like salary and benefits. After that, there was a writing exercise. Finalists then moved on to an in-person interview with the direct supervisor. The top candidates had a final interview round with different team members. It was a detailed process, and even though I didn't get the job, I felt like the company really invested time in me as a candidate. This suggests they probably invest in their employees too. Overall, it was a great experience.

HR went over my application and resume first, then I interviewed with the store manager for an hour, and then with HR for about 30 minutes.
