I was reached out to via zoom. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. I was told I would hear back by that Friday the latest. I did not end up hearing back for over a month. Seems to be a thriving company as well as have a great tech stack. Although when HR doesn't follow through with what was stated I get a bad feeling about a company. I did not end up working at the company.

The hiring process was really smooth. I went through two interviews. The first one covered my background and some typical interview questions. Then, the second interview involved a simulated chat session. It was pretty nerve-wracking, but the recruiter made it a great experience.

If your resume looks good, a recruiter will give you a call. They'll tell you about the job and if you're still interested, they'll send you an email with links for a typing test and a personality test. Pass those, and you'll get an invite for training. Training is online for 2 weeks, and you'll need a headset. After training, you'll start your first shift.
