I talked to the head of the department first, and then I spoke with the team lead. We went over my experience and qualifications. I also showed my portfolio and got feedback on it. The temp agency also interviewed me initially and gave me a skills evaluation.

Behavioral

The interview process was odd. One of the interviewers seemed like they'd be great to work with but everyone else seemed to be weirdly hostile and posturing. They reported that they had multiple candidates reject their offer and once I received their offer (which I had less than 24 hours to approve or reject) I could see why. Their benefits were initially vague and eventually proved to be awful after I asked a few probing questions. The whole process seemed unprofessional and there were lots of red flags that this place is a deeply unpleasant place to work. I would only suggest this place to someone who was absolutely desperate and couldn't find work anywhere else.

Behavioral Group

I had a group interview with the management in the department where three people (but really just two asking questions) took turns asking me things. The questions didn't really follow a pattern. I didn't find it super hard, but some people I know said it was. They've changed it now to have a few separate interviews with different managers, each focusing on a specific skill like critical thinking or time management, and you'd see them one-on-one.

I applied on Indeed and then the very next day I got a phone call about setting up a phone interview for the following week. After this interview I was invited to an in person interview with one other account manager. I went to this the week after and a day after I received a phone call offering me the position.
