The application process is quite long, with about a month of waiting after applying before interview selections begin, which then span over 5 weeks. It's intense but in my opinion, it's worth it.

It was a rollercoaster ride. Had great interview interactions with HR and then got rejected. Then was re-invited to interview and got through to the 4th round. The final interviewer obviously hadn't reviewed my information at all. Just got rejection email and am offended.

The interview process was a bit confusing. The organization talks a lot about equity, but then they don't post salary ranges, which is known to cause pay gaps. That's something I found hard to understand.

I've interviewed for this job twice in under two years, and turnover seems pretty high. While I know everyone's trying their best, the process left me feeling defeated and demeaned. Job searching is work, and the least hiring teams can do is be honest and timely. I went through several rounds, felt good vibes, and they wanted me to meet the CEO for the final round. They asked if I could come in the next day, but I was unavailable. I offered three other days and times. Then, crickets. I sent follow-up emails 24 and 48 hours later. Two weeks passed, and I got an email saying the position was filled. It made me feel terrible. It seems like a cool organization with cool people, but if you want to live your mission statement, maybe treat the people interviewing with you with some dignity.
