I actually interviewed for a different position at OurCrowd and then transitioned into QA. This was in 2021, so my entire interview process was conducted over Zoom. I let the hiring manager know at the start that I had a sleeping baby in the next room and that he might wake up during our meeting. He was super understanding and even mentioned how many babies were born to OurCrowd employees that year.

It started with a phone screen, then a case study that required a lot of effort like essays, fit questions, and an investment presentation, which felt like a lot for an entry-level role. But the recruiter was really nice, honest, and clear about everything, even sharing the salary range. The job title says associate, but it's really more of an analyst position, entry-level.

The whole process was ok with everyone except for the HR. The HR was rude, she tried to get into my personal life in a matter of telling me things like "you are too young, in the start of your career, you shouldn't get a salary this high". For future candidates: You'll have to bring food from home since they don't subsidy it. There is no chance to get a car from the company. There is no parking subsidized as well.

After a take-home assignment, there were 4 interviews: an HR call and 3 others. The call with the direct manager was okay, but the ones with the CTO and another TM felt like interrogations. Be ready to speak for most of the hour-long sessions. The people there didn't seem very open.
