The interview wasn't too tough. They wanted to see how well I could converse and assess my clinical experience as a P&O professional. The whole thing was done over Google Meet. The HR person was really helpful, and the interviewers seemed very professional.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

My first contact with HR was via LinkedIn in March 2022, and we scheduled a remote first interview. The initial meeting was with HR and someone from the department, lasting about 20 minutes. A second interview was scheduled in person. This made me a bit uncomfortable because it was scheduled with only one day's notice, without asking about my availability, even though HR knew I live in another city. I requested a reschedule or that it be done remotely. HR just sent me a link for a remote interview. At the scheduled date and time, I joined the meeting, but the person responsible for the area didn't show up. (HR didn't inform me who I would speak with.) They just said they had a personal issue and asked to reschedule. I decided to decline the selection process because a new in-person date was requested. Overall, I found the process not very transparent, as I wasn't informed about the stages or who I would talk to. I also found HR to be not very humanized, just sending links and without giving more details about the process journey. In the end, I think I was lucky to ask for the process to be remote, because otherwise I would have traveled to another city for them not to show up. I understand unforeseen events happen, but insisting on an in-person selection process is a bit old-fashioned and insists on failures occurring. Remotely, we could have conducted the meetings in an agile and practical way for everyone.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

I was contacted by a recruitment agency about a coordinator position. The salary, benefits, and job scope were well-aligned with market offerings. I spoke with four different people from the agency for this role, which I found a bit confusing. After that, I had an online interview with the company's HR department. Then, a few days later, I was called in for an in-person meeting with HR again. All of this happened between October and November. After a few weeks, I received a call stating that the coordinator position was canceled and a product specialist role would be opened. I continued with the process. I had another online interview with the area manager, then I was called in twice more for in-person interviews: one with HR and the area manager, and another with the area director. I also had an Excel test. Finally, I had one more online interview with the LATAM Manager of the area. I followed up with the HR contact for two weeks, but they had no definitive answer for me. The whole process dragged on without any notification about the next steps or when they would happen. As of January 13, 2022, I haven't heard anything definitive from the company or the agency. I felt very disappointed and disrespected by the company's lack of empathy towards me as a candidate.

Behavioral Case Presentation Technical

The typical interview procedure involved an initial chat with HR and the team lead. This was followed by a second round that included a case study and a panel discussion with higher management, where I had to present using Mural. The third round was a final phone conversation, mostly focusing on my views on economic and political topics like data science trends, globalization, and resource dependency on other countries. I didn't hear back after the second round.
