I sat in a room and talked to someone who asked me questions, and I answered them. It was pretty straightforward. They did make me take a basic math test, which I found a bit insulting, but it was fairly easy. Just brush up on your elementary school math.

I had an interview scheduled for this role that I set up with a recruiter. The interview was supposed to start at a specific time but it was 20 minutes past that time and they still hadn't called. I emailed the recruiter to ask what was happening. 10 minutes after that, the recruiter told me that nobody was responding to messages and they didn't know why the company hadn't called. I decided to cancel the interview for other reasons, but the fact that they didn't call and didn't explain why left me with a bad impression.
