Project Management Intern
The interview process was very smooth. The first interview was a Zoom call where the interviewer explained the role very well and reviewed my resume and experience, but no questions were asked.
- Are you familiar with Agile methodology?
HR Project Manager
I had a recruiter screen, then an interview with the hiring manager. After that, there was a panel interview with some senior folks on the team, which included a 20-minute presentation. The presentation was on a topic I knew well, so it felt more like a chat than an interview, and the team was nice. It was a good experience overall. What was a bit weird was that some key requirements weren't in the job description but they expected them. Also, the role didn't seem to be exactly what stakeholders were expecting, which was a bummer. I thought I nailed it, though. After the interview, the recruiter ghosted me for weeks. When I asked for an update, they just sent a quick, generic message saying someone else got the job. I'm okay with the decision, but I wish they'd told me sooner. I asked for feedback to get better for next time and to know what skills to focus on, but never heard back.
- Tell me about how you handle stakeholders.
- What's your background in change management?
- How do you work with agile methodologies?
Project Manager
There were 2 PM positions open, one for Asia and one for Europe, both focused on Dynamics CRM. The interview had 3 interviewers: one for each PM role and one representing Governance. Otis is currently undergoing a reorganization, and this position has been open for a while. They seem unsure about the exact requirements, seeking a CRM expert at a Project Manager's salary.
- Can you describe your experience with global CRM implementations?
