the interview process was smooth for the managerial position but when we reached the final interview, it seems that the HR team did not filter me through properly and the required was way off my personal experience

First, I spoke with a recruiter. The questions were good, and the communication was great. Then, I had an interview with the hiring manager. It was a decent interview, nothing unusual, and they asked standard questions for the position. I was then asked to complete a project, which is where the process became really unprofessional and rude. The project description was poorly written, lacking clarity and key elements. My request for clarification received a unhelpful response. Despite the ambiguity, I put in extra effort to complete the assignment thoroughly. I understand if my work wasn't the best, but it would have been good to receive some feedback after dedicating so many hours. The panel interview made it clear that a decision had already been made against moving forward. I was ghosted when I followed up, which is incredibly rude, especially after investing so much time and effort into the project. A canned email weeks later is unprofessional. I would not consider working at Otis after this experience.

I found this job through a staffing agency. They talked to me about the company and said I was a good fit. I paid for my own travel to a regional office for the interview. I met with 3 people: one HR manager and two service managers. They asked typical leadership questions and some questions about my resume. It wasn't a super tough interview. The agency gave us some practice questions beforehand and most of the actual questions were the same or really close.
