It was a group interview first, then some tests. After that, a personal interview, followed by a group exercise where they explained the job and the geographical area to cover. I sent my CV through their portal, and applying was really quick and easy. I was then contacted first for an online introductory call with the very kind HR Recruiter, and then I went to the company's beautiful offices for an in-person interview with the Marketing and Communications Manager. It was a nice experience, the people were approachable and smiling.

Behavioral Technical

It was a 3 part interview process. First, a call with HR. Then, a call with the project manager and general manager. Finally, an in-person interview with the general manager and project manager. They asked behavioral questions, and questions about my resume, and why I would be a good fit for the company.

The interview was straightforward, starting with the lead attorney and then moving to an interview with the legal staff. They asked about my salary expectations, but didn't offer any salary details. It seemed like the paralegals reviewing my resume didn't have my complete application, limiting their understanding of my skills, so not many real questions were asked. I didn't get any feedback after the interview.
