Behavioral Technical Presentation

This process has been very long and drawn out, going on 3 months now. The initial interview went great with the people I would be working directly for, but then the President was brought in for the second interview. Her demeanor was very different from what I had seen on social media. She was not friendly, coughed throughout the entire interview, and completely changed my positive feelings about the university. I no longer have any interest in pursuing a career there.

The interview process started with an aptitude test, followed by a group discussion. Then there was a technical discussion focusing on Java, OOP concepts (encapsulation, inheritance, polymorphism, abstraction) with real-life examples, and a discussion about my projects and the role. Finally, there was an HR round and an operational round where I had to solve some programming questions.
