I made it to the second round. The first round was with someone from HR and they were very nice. It was just a behavioural round. The second interview was with two people one by one. The first person was also pretty easygoing and asked me what I thought of the company. The second person was okay too but they just came off as intimidating. Overall, pretty straightforward experience. Wasn't offered a third interview.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process starts with a 30-minute phone call with the Controller. If they're interested, you'll have an hour-and-a-half interview with three main employees. After that, there's a second round with three of your potential teammates, and if everyone feels you're a good fit, they'll offer you the job. Honestly, the whole thing felt like a lot. I don't see why interviews need to be over an hour, let alone two of them being that long, it's crazy. If they want you to talk to many people, a panel interview would make more sense. It seems like they value their time more than the candidate's, especially since most people are currently employed. Also, most of the employees were nice during my interview, but the new CFO was not. Her unprofessional behavior was surprising, and I guess it's because she's new and maybe insecure, but it definitely made me not want to work there.

Behavioral Technical Coding

The initial step was a phone chat with an engineer. They were punctual and friendly, discussing my background and explaining their work and tech stack. Subsequently, I was set up for four video interviews. The first round started 7 minutes late due to the interviewer's technical difficulties; we covered general Java topics. The second round faced a similar delay, with the interviewer only appearing after HR intervention. This session also included general Java questions and a brain teaser, with some overlap from the first round. The third round, like the previous ones, began late. This interview was brief (15 minutes), lacked technical questions, and the interviewer seemed unprepared. Following this, I received an email canceling the fourth round, which I welcomed as a way to conclude this disorganized process sooner than anticipated.

I applied online and they got back to me super fast, like within a day. My first interview was a behavioral phone screen the very next day. After that, I had a technical phone screen. Then, they invited me for an in-person interview that I set up for the following week. The in-person part had three sections. I talked with two different sets of developers and then met with someone from HR at the end.
