Group Presentation

It was a really simple group panel interview. They had employees interviewing people, getting direction from managers. It didn't take more than an hour or two. I was required to go to the venue in person multiple times for training, and I wasn't told about this beforehand.

They stand outside on campus and pass out flyers and tell you the time to come to their office. They then bring you in for a personal interview and a group tour. They all sit around and ask you a bunch of basic questions like your year and major and so on. They hire pretty much everyone. They put the girls on the floor and guys in the kitchen unless you specifically request otherwise.

I had 3 interviews but they were all quick. You have to meet with the assistant manager, manager, and the regional manager. Once hired, you are given a desk and told to get to work. There's no formal training or step-by-step guidance, but they'll help with small things and answer any questions you have.
