Online Marketing Analyst
Applied through LinkedIn. HR coordinator contacted me and I came to the office for an on-site interview. First, the HR coordinator interviewed me with some basic behavior questions. Then, I was interviewed by the director of online marketing, who asked similar behavior questions and one technical question about Excel.
- Can you explain how to use Vlookup to combine two tables in Excel?
Financial Reporting Analyst
So, about a week after I got the initial email, I had my first interview with HR. Then, I met with the person I'd be working under. The HR interview was pretty basic, with some common behavioral questions like asking about handling disagreements within a team. The interview with my potential manager involved a simple Excel test, and they were helpful if I had any questions. I received the offer by the end of that same week. Overall, it was a really good experience.
- Were there any particularly challenging or surprising questions during the process?
- How did you feel about your overall comfort level throughout the interviews?
Operations
The interview process was a bit messy. I was originally scheduled for a single 5-hour interview with 6-7 people, but HR had trouble scheduling it, so I ended up having to come in three separate times for just one interview. It was pretty laid-back overall, and I felt comfortable being honest.
- Were you asked if you identify as an introvert or an extrovert?

I applied from the school website. HR emailed me to set up an interview. First, you will interview with HR, and then HR will bring you to interview with your director. aa a a a a a
