The interview was objective and very calm. The person in charge made the candidate feel comfortable to answer the questions, even motivating and showing empathy with the candidate. Congratulations, recruitment team is a 10.

Vessel Controller
First, there were 2 tests to do. The first was a PI Cognitive Assessment, which is a 12-minute timed test with 50 questions, it's hard and you need to prepare. Definitely google what a cognitive test is beforehand. The second was a PI Behavioral Assessment, no time limit and no right answers. The interview was in English with the head of HR and the head of the department hiring.

Accountant
Took a cognitive test first, then had an interview with the manager and HR. The second interview was with HR and two managers, which included another numerical test. No hard questions overall.

Auxiliary Deck Seaman
asked about experiences and knowledge of the job regarding services performed in other previous companies. quarter and semi-quarter services among other experiences I had on clean cargo tankers.
