It was calm and practical. They called me to schedule a video call meeting where they talked about some info, and then I waited for the next stage, which was an in-person interview with the manager. Everyone was super friendly and attentive.

First contact was made by HR via Whatsapp, providing available times for a chat. The conversation with HR was on Google Meet and was very productive, lasting 1 hour without realizing the time. The return was promised in 1 week with the manager. The second conversation was quite different from the first because the manager didn't seem interested in knowing the candidate's technical skills and there was a gap in the conversation. She seemed in a hurry, which led to an unproductive conversation. The company has a policy of not revealing salary and benefits in conversations, which is bad, as the candidate needs to know what they are competing for. There's an effort by each person to at least be sure if it's worth continuing in the process.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a 4-stage interview process, with 3 online stages (HR, test, and department) and 1 in-person stage with the directors. The really annoying part is that they didn't even share the salary range for the position, it was only going to be revealed after the final approval, meaning you're kept in the dark throughout a very long process. I found it very disrespectful, and honestly, don't tell me the salary range is confidential because it's strategic information – it's the salary *range*, not the actual salary! Seriously, guys, more respect! If a company treats a future employee like this before they even start, imagine what it's like afterwards? I declined the offer. If I had known the range wouldn't be disclosed during the process, I wouldn't have done the practical test, but oh well, it's a learning experience for future companies/processes.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process had three parts, all online, which was good because I didn't have to travel. I talked to four different analysts. What I liked was that the interviews felt really human and made the company seem trustworthy. They told me I'd get feedback by a certain date, but that date passed and I heard nothing. Since they didn't reach out, I figured my application wasn't moving forward, but I contacted them for an update. To my surprise, they blocked me right away, which was really frustrating. Even though they talk about being 'human' in their communication, the actual experience showed something totally different, proving a gap between what they say and how they treat candidates.
