I applied online and then a few days later, had a phone interview with the recruiter who asked general questions about the position. The next day, the hiring manager called to schedule an onsite interview for the following week. The onsite interview was with the hiring manager and the director. At the end of the interview, the director mentioned they were going on vacation, so a decision would take a few weeks. I ended up waiting 3 weeks to be told they chose an internal candidate.

After submitting my application, I got a call to set up an interview. I went in for the interview, and then they called me to offer me the job. I got an email with instructions for submitting my certifications and immunization records. Then, I got another email to schedule my physical at employee health. After that was done, I got an email with my start date for orientation, my salary, and when my first payday would be.

Behavioral Technical

First, there was an HR interview that went over my work history, experience, and education. That was about 15 minutes. Then, I had to complete a behavioral survey online through Oracle, which took about an hour. After that, I had an interview with the unit manager where we talked about my work style, experiences, and personal career goals. Finally, I had a peer interview with a unit RN, and they asked similar questions to the unit manager. That interview lasted between 1 to 2 hours.
