Brand Ambassador
The interview process was great, very thoughtful and organized. I'd recommend it. I only met with HR and the director of sales. I got an offer within 2-4 weeks of applying, which was a quick turn around.
- How do you handle challenges?
Social Media Manager
This was a long interview process. They had me do a couple of projects, like researching influencers and explaining why they'd be a good fit for the company. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was nice and respectful. Sadly, I never heard back from them, not even an email, despite following up. It was tough seeing them eventually work with influencers I suggested.
- Could you compile a list of influencers that align with our brand?
Project Manager
After the initial interview, I never received any response, even after sending follow-up emails. In my many years of interviewing hundreds of candidates, I've always provided clear feedback and responses. This lack of communication felt unprofessional and left me with a very negative impression of the brand.
- Standard interview questions that did not seem creative
Marketing Manager
It was a short interview, under 5 minutes. The hiring manager asked questions quickly. They were brief and not very engaged, seemed like they were just going through the motions and looking for specific keywords.
- Can you describe a typical day in your previous role?
