The interview experience was very positive overall. The office has an open concept layout, and there were two interviewers. The atmosphere was great, and the interview lasted about an hour. I felt like we both left with a good impression, although I did decline the offer.

I had a great initial interview. A few days later, I was called back for another interview with three team members and the head of HR. The entire process was informative and exciting, and the staff were really friendly and seemed keen to find the best person for the job. Even though the process seemed promising, I was left waiting for about 10 days without any response after being told I'd hear back about an offer. I sent several emails to different people on the ODLR team but didn't get a reply until I finally received a somewhat dismissive email saying the job had gone to someone else, with no explanation.

The interview process was a bit chaotic. First, my scheduled interviewer was late, so someone else stepped in for the initial interview, which went well. Then, I was asked to come back later to meet the original interviewer, who was again late and rescheduled. The interview itself was okay, though the replacement interviewer had better questions. Right after, HR called to say I was well-liked. Then, I got an email from the initially late interviewer suggesting a "trial day" for the next day, which I found strange as it was unpaid and I had another commitment. During this trial day, the interviewer was a micromanager and used my work for the company, which made me uncomfortable. A week later, HR informed me they chose another candidate, which felt misleading after the "great fit" email.
