It's a remote interview with 2 managers or a manager and a director. It's about 30 mins long. They'll chat about the company, department, and position, and then ask some questions. Usually, they make a decision right after. If another department is a better fit, they'll refer you to that manager and HR. You should know if you got the job in 1-2 weeks.
- How would your colleagues describe your work ethic?
- If you could be any fictional character or cartoon character, who would it be and why?
Curative Specialist
The interview process went very well. I went through three interviews, and at the end of the third they were very excited, and told me they would be in touch with me soon. Crickets. I reached out to the recruiters I had worked worked with by email and then eventually by phone. I still heard nothing back. I reached out again to the managers I had interviewed with and still heard nothing. Finally weeks later the recruiter sent me a text to let me know that the position had been pulled and they were no longer hiring. I understand that sometimes jobs get pulled. But the whole experience was so unprofessional. I was very disheartened and disappointed.

Management
The interview process involved two phone calls and two in-person interviews, all happening within the same week. Everything seemed okay until suddenly four people just vanished. No one replied to my follow-up messages, not even a simple "thanks for your time, but we're not interested." Despite the ghosting, and honestly, as much as I needed a job back then, I'm still not sure if I would have taken the offer.
- Can you describe the procedures at your last company?
- Tell me about the pay at your previous employer.
- What benefits did your previous company offer?
Escrow Assistant
The phone interview was a new experience for me, but the person I spoke with made it a good one. Then, the in-person interview was with friendly people in a relaxed setting. It wasn't intimidating at all and felt more like a quick chat than a formal interview. Overall, they responded fast and followed a clear process.
- Can you tell me how you found out about our company?
- What kinds of activities do you enjoy?
- In your opinion, where will you be in five years?
