First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at OrthoArizona.
Occupational Therapist
It was a semi-formal interview with one or two interviewers that lasted about an hour in a small conference room. I liked it because they really took the time to get to know me as a person, not just focusing on my career experiences.
- How would you handle a difficult patient?
- What are your expectations for the company as a new graduate?
Administrative
It was a simple interview. The environment was professional and nice. The interview took place in the manager's office and felt personal. The manager seemed enthusiastic about their role, which made the interview more engaging.
- How do your current skills apply to this role?
Occupational Therapist/Hand Therapist
The interview process was very welcoming and they answered every question I had regarding the position! I received a call back within a week and a few days of interviewing.
- Regarding your confidence with splinting, how would you rate it?
Medical Assistant
It was way less scary than I thought it would be. They were super nice and made me feel comfortable. It was more like a chat than a formal interview, and they asked about my medical background and experience. Seems like a great place to be.
