First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Orsini.
Manager
Applied and got an interview request. No recruiter screen, just went straight to interviewing with the hiring manager. I thought it went well. They said a decision would be made in 24-48 hours. I followed up after a week and the recruiter ghosted me. Never got a rejection or a response.

Call Center Representative
The interview process was great and informative. I met with HR and they guided me through the process. I have no complaints, everyone was very nice and welcoming. They asked great questions, and it looked like a nice opportunity.
- Tell me about your experience in the field.
Search Engine Marketing and Analytics Specialist
I was reached out to by the HR Director via email after they found my resume on Career Builder. The HR Director didn't have much info about the job, only that it involved a website and SEO, and asked about my availability to meet the Marketing Director. The Marketing Director seemed a bit unfocused and didn't really know marketing terms or internet concepts. He seemed to like me though, so a final interview was set up with the CEO. The CEO focused on how he envisioned the workplace culture, emphasizing he was a Christian and ran a "Christian company" and a "Faith-baseed organization." I also met the IT Director at that time. It was clear his knowledge was out of date; he kept praising SQL Server 2005 Express and saying they were a "Microsoft Shop" (this was in 2011). The IT Director seemed uncomfortable discussing current tech.
- How do you feel about working for a Christian organization?
