The interviewer was super professional and engaging. They asked good questions about how I fit with the company and the role, and did a great job explaining the position I applied for.

The interview process was pretty relaxed. I only talked to one person. They had me talk about my past work experience and then we did some Q&As. They asked me about 10 questions in total. I heard back a few days later on the phone.

I applied online and then HR scheduled me for an interview. I spoke with the hiring manager about a week later. A few days after that, they informed me they had hired someone internally, which was strange given the job posting was still active. The hiring manager mostly explained the role during the interview, and I suspect she already knew she was going to hire someone else. It felt like a waste of my time.
