The interview lasted about an hour. It started with introductions and then moved on to general questions about processes. The interview process is designed to help the employer see if you're a good fit for the job and for you to see if your goals match the company's. This can change depending on the company and role. Some companies have many in-person interviews, while others decide after just one meeting. We'll go over the interview steps and how to do well.

Coding Technical

So the whole experience was a bummer. It felt like no one there had any real engineering chops or cared about anything. It started with a phone screen that went super well, then I got an offline coding test. Except this coding test was literally empty – just a blank git repo. After some back and forth, they finally put some empty Python files in there and told me to fill in a missing method. No explanation of the task, no input/output examples, nothing, even though I asked via email. After a week of this weird dance, they rejected me, saying I lacked expertise. I'm sharing this because it was really strange, and I've never encountered a company that couldn't even explain its own coding test.

Behavioral Technical Case

The interview process was really thorough and took about two months from my first reply to the offer. The recruiter was super friendly and always got back to me fast, and my questions got answered quickly the whole way through. Everyone I met was really nice and welcoming, and the office felt pretty chill. The salary they offered was fair for the area. My only real complaint is that the office space itself seemed pretty disorganized when I went for my on-site interview, from the desks to the break rooms. This startup could really use someone to manage the office and keep things tidier.

Behavioral Technical

I applied for the Virtual Assistant position and was called for an interview. The interviewer was friendly and asked questions ranging from easy to difficult. There were three stages in total. First, I had to fill out a hard copy form. On the second day, I was called again to test my IQ. Finally, a board of directors interviewed me.
