The interview process was a panel interview. The IT department here is currently managed by an IT Director who hires people without doing proper checks. I've seen senior IT employees who don't even know how to connect a docking station or a USB camera.

I was contacted via email by a recruiter, and they were very responsive. Scheduling the in-person interview was straightforward. The company was professional and gave me time to consider the job offer, which was nice. The first call with the recruiter was informal, just to get acquainted and ask some basic technical questions. Spanish language skills were a plus. The job requires travel between different sites and the main office, with mileage reimbursement being the offered compensation. The pay is hourly with little to no overtime.
