I went in on a Friday morning to get an application. The restaurant was busy but the hostess helped me out and told me when to come back and who to talk to. I brought the application back on Wednesday afternoon and got a call the next day to set up an interview for Friday morning. I got there about 15 minutes early. The hostess was nice again, and so was the person I met with. I sat in the banquet room and waited for the GM. It was the start of the Friday rush but everyone was calm and organized. They offered me coffee, which I took. The GM interviewed me for about 15 minutes. They were really nice and professional. They asked me for a second interview right then, and I agreed. The manager asked about my skills calmly and respectfully, without repeating questions. This interview was about 10 minutes. Right after, I got an offer and the training schedule, which started the next Tuesday.
- What does excellent service mean to you?
- How do you handle young children in a busy environment, especially when orders might take up to 30 minutes on busy mornings?

The interview was super chill and relaxed. The manager just chatted with me about myself and asked some questions to understand the kind of person I am and what my past work experience is like. The whole thing took about twenty-five minutes, and they offered me the job right then and there.
- Tell me about yourself and your previous work history.

Set up a time to speak with the general manager after initially speaking with the on duty manager. Then, I had a nice sit down conversation with the general manager and scheduling manager.
- What is your availability to work, considering our needs?
