Driver
The interview process went well and I was hired quickly. There's been a lot of work since I started. I'm looking forward to many years here, especially after they bought out flex oil services, which was having trouble staying afloat.
- Are you someone who works hard
Technical Proposal Writer
The interview process was straightforward and handled with integrity. I was contacted to set up an initial interview with the hiring manager. Less than a week later, I was contacted to schedule a second round panel interview. Every step of the way the hiring manager communicated the timeline and process, which was extremely helpful in understanding when I might receive further communication and information about the opportunity.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- Can you describe your work experience?
- What kind of documents have you written/edited and what were their page lengths?
Advisor
It was a process of two interviews. The first was with the manager who was hiring, and then after filtering out, a select few were progressed to the interview with the GM. It was a pretty fine interview process.
- Can you describe your operational style?
- Can you tell me about your background and personality?
Developer
I had a technical phone interview with two senior developers. They asked me about the development lifecycle and how to implement algorithms and batch processes. I also had to explain some basic OUAF functionality.
- Can you elaborate on functional and technical aspects of OUAF?
