Designer
It started with a panel discussion on general topics, then a one-on-one with the shortlisted folks. They reviewed our portfolios and we had an open chat. We picked a chit with a topic and discussed it openly. It was more about opinions and how well you back them up, no right or wrong. Then, an interview where they looked at our portfolios and we could ask them anything about the company, as much as they asked us about ourselves.

Production Manager
Started with email and then confirmed interview date. First was a technical round with the AVP of Operations. After clearing that, I had a second round with the AVP of Production and Operations. The final round was with HR for salary negotiation and other formal stuff.
- If you observe your senior making an error and they disregard your advice, what action would you take? Would you escalate this to upper management?
Manager
The interview process covered both technical expertise and managerial capabilities, moving from technical knowledge to managerial knowledge.
