First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Organogenesis.
Recruiter
I had a 40-minute zoom interview with the HR Manager, who was also the hiring manager. She talked about the company, its recent growth, and the high turnover. She didn't share anything positive about the company's culture. The agency mentioned she wouldn't give feedback on any candidates after the interview. I was very disappointed with my experience.
- Can you share your experience and explain your interest in this position?
Project Coordinator
After I applied, the recruiter reached out pretty fast for a phone screen on Teams. The person interviewing me seemed pretty checked out and like they just wanted to tick boxes, which made it tough to have a real chat. They also didn't seem to know much about what this job actually entails. I got ghosted after that, and the job is still up even after 4 months.
- Can you describe a project you were involved in?
Sales Manager
Started with an external recruiter chat, then talked to the Area Director, followed by HR. One meeting was in person, the others were on Teams, all pretty relaxed. If you get to be a finalist, you might do a ride-along or grab a coffee with TRS.
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
Clinical Research Specialist
Had a quick HR screening call that lasted about 30 minutes where they asked about basic qualifications. Then, about a week later, I had a conference call with the hiring manager and a senior director that was around 30 minutes. They went over the job in more detail and asked about my resume and experience. A week after that, I had an in-person interview that lasted about half a day (around 4 hours) with the senior director, hiring director, and some team members for a panel interview. The last interview was with the COO and HR. The HR person gave the wrong timeline for next steps. I thought I'd hear back within a day or two after the in-person interview, like they said, but it took another week to hear anything. It was pretty disappointing, especially for a job where they stressed deadlines, that they couldn't meet their own.
- What project management tools have you used?
