This was the best interview and job, and the most meaningful work I've ever done. I'll never forget registering voters all day, knocking on doors, and the feeling of purpose that came from it. I'm very proud of the work we did and the people we met, both staff and volunteers. It was a great experience.

applied online and got contacted about a week later, then had a phone interview. it was mainly about my interest in working for them and about what baseline skills i had to contribute to the team. I received an offer at the end of the phone call.

I was a volunteer for 7 months, and then the Regional Field Director suggested I apply for a staff position. I talked to the State Field Director about the work I'd already done. I sent my resume to the Field Director and got hired pretty quickly, although it was late in the campaign season (September).

I was a volunteer with the campaign before I got hired. I was recommended got the position by a staff member. I submitted my résumé to Field Organizer who asked me a few questions about my campaign experience & then sent me out to shadow a OFA fellow. I was contacted a few weeks later by the Regional Field Director who offered me the position.
