Had a 30-minute video call interview. They only asked me about technical terms and skills for the job. The interviewer was actually pretty rude, saying I was only considered because of a certification I got. After the interview, they said I'd hear back in a week. But then, they ghosted me and I never heard anything. For a small company, I expected better, but oh well.

Had a phone screen with HR, then a panel interview, followed by a 1:1 with my direct supervisor. Finished with a quick chat with the person whose role I'd be taking over. The whole thing took about 4 hours and I got the offer within 24 hours.

I was scheduled for a 2.5-hour interview with three executives, but it ended up being 4.5 hours with eight leaders. They called me almost two weeks later via voicemail and I never heard back. I received a generic rejection email a couple of weeks after that. The people were nice and the company is great, but I'm disappointed that my time wasn't worth a return call or specific feedback.

I had a prescreen interview back in January. It took ages to get the first interview scheduled. After that first one, they said they'd set up a second interview. I waited a couple more weeks, followed up a few times, and then they told me the position was already filled. Such a waste of time.
