I've gone through a few interviews with them. It's pretty disorganized because each team seems to do their own hiring, and HR doesn't seem to be involved. They never follow up to let you know where you are in the process, and they didn't even answer an email I sent asking for an update. One person even sent me a rejection with the wrong name in it. I did get one offer, but I wasn't interested.

The interview process felt pretty typical. I had to chase them a few times to find out if I was moving forward, and was pretty surprised to get the update given how long it took between stages. This job had 4 interview rounds, which honestly felt like a lot for a role that paid under $50k.

I had a phone interview first, then an in-person one with two people from the department. During the interview, a question made me realize it wouldn't be a good fit. They were looking for someone to stay long-term, but I'm seeking a role with future growth. They then asked me to come in for another interview with the department head, which I declined because I explained my career goals.
