Software Engineer
I interviewed for a Senior Software Engineer position and it was a great experience. The interview process was organized and everyone was nice and supportive. There were a few rounds: 1. Manager screen - we had a good talk about my background and experience. 2. System design and product round - this was interesting and I liked how they approach problem-solving. 3. Coding round - I got nervous during the behavioral part and it affected my performance even though I finished the coding part. Even though I didn't get the job, I have good things to say about the team and their culture. They really seem to value their engineers, which is uncommon these days. I'd like to try again in the future and I recommend Ordergroove for engineers looking for a good interview process.

Software Engineer
I had a phone interview first, then two on-site interviews. The on-site ones were a mix of behavioral and technical interviews. The interviewers were nice. During the first on-site, I had to find bugs on a pre-built site and fix them within 30 minutes. The last interview was similar, involving bug fixing, and also had two behavioral rounds.

- I was asked to find and fix bugs on a pre-built site
- Behavioral questions were asked
Software Engineer
The company doesn't really lay people off, so the interview process is a bit thorough to make sure I was the right fit. It started with a 15-minute call to assess communication skills. Then there was a 90-minute technical screening with a code challenge. After that, a 30-minute cross-functional chat with the PM. Next, another 30-minute technical screening focused on system design. This was followed by a 60-minute interview with the CTO and finally a 30-minute interview with HR.
- Could you describe a difficult project you worked on and explain how you overcame the challenges?
- Can you share an example of a challenging project and how you resolved it?
