This was the worst interview experience ever, out of 40 companies. It started with HR taking 2 months to get back to me, and I played phone tag with the HR interviewer for weeks. The phone interview itself was bad because the HR person talked way too much and asked some really slimy questions. They said they'd schedule a time for me to meet the hiring manager, but I never heard from them again. It was a terrible process.

So, the whole thing took about 5 weeks. It started with a Skype call with a recruiter. Then, I had to do a written test. After that, I spoke with a hiring manager on the phone. Next, they invited me for an on-site interview where I met with 3-4 people and had to talk about how their software works. Then, I went back for another on-site with 2 people and also had to give a presentation to a panel. After all that, I never heard back from OrderGroove about whether I got the job or not, which was pretty unprofessional.
