The first interview was about my past experience and technical knowledge. I was told I would get a take-home project afterward, which took about 5 days to complete. The second interview involved discussing the code I wrote for the project. After that, I got an offer with all the specifics.

Behavioral Other

It was a 3 part process. First, I had a phone interview with HR/Admin. Then, I had a second interview with HR and the hiring manager. Both interviews seemed to go well. Before the second interview, I was sent an assignment where I had to create 2 social media posts for a client and respond to customer reviews for restaurants. After I sent it in, I didn't hear back from HR or the hiring manager. I reached out for feedback, good or bad, and they sent a generic "We've moved on." It's unprofessional to not provide feedback, especially after candidates complete work like that.

We had 2 phone chats, one with HR and one with the CTO. Then we had an in-office meeting with both HR and the CTO. The final step was a practical test the following week given by the CTO.

Behavioral Technical

I had a phone call with them first, and after that they invited me for a physical interview the next week. At the interview, I met with the HR manager and two other managers. They asked me a lot of questions but were really nice and said everyone there is like friends, even outside work. They liked that I have experience in customer service and graphic design, and mentioned that everyone pitches in with different tasks, which is similar to my current job. It seems like a great place to work, but it's been two weeks and I still haven't heard back, which is a bummer since they said they'd update me either way. I think maybe I come across as too shy sometimes.
