The hiring timeline was not clear at all from the beginning. I wouldn't recommend interviewing here or do it again myself. The hiring manager was late for the interview and seemed uninterested in discussing the role, instead focusing on asking about past projects I've worked on. They would also stare at the ceiling thoughtfully after I answered questions. Just skip this one.

It was a 3 step interview process, pretty straightforward. They were looking for agents with experience, and since I was new and hadn't closed any deals yet, I was initially not offered the job. However, I knew someone on the team who offered to train me, and that's primarily why they decided to hire me.

So, the interviews were all individual video calls on Google Meet with people more and more senior on the team. Started with a recruiter, then the team lead, and finally the regional sales manager. They really focused on my skills and what I've done before, asking about good and bad experiences with clients and how I managed them. There wasn't much time for me to ask about the company, though.

  • Walk me through a positive client interaction you managed.

The process was quick and I always got timely responses. It included 2 rounds of interviews, plus the recruiter's initial vetting call. The recruiter first emailed to say they wanted to move forward and asked about my availability. Then there was a phone call with the recruiter. After that, I got an email from the recruiter to proceed to the next stage and was asked for my availability. This was followed by interview 1, then another email from the recruiter for the next interview, and finally interview 2. A call from the recruiter with an offer came next, followed by a follow-up email with the official offer.
