It was a pretty chill interview process, not too stressful. They asked general interview questions. The main goal was to see if I could handle pressure or clients who were being difficult. Now that I'm hired, I know they've started including a typing test because all the work is computer-based.

So I got asked for a 3rd interview, but I declined it because I found out in the 2nd interview that the pay was very low and the hours were bad. For a typical art coordinator, one should be making $50k-$60k/yr. They offered $16/hr. They then bragged that they were a multi billion dollar a year company. The owner had his Maserati in the parking lot. It was obvious it was his based on the license plate. The people who interviewed me were incredibly nice though.

I interviewed with the General Manager. We talked about my career, and he asked me job-specific questions. I told him I'd give him at least 4 years if I got the job since I'm in my 60s. He was impressed with my experience and said there would be a second interview, but it never happened. I suspect my age was a factor.

The interview was nice and brief. I was called back for a second interview the following week. I was given a brief test in illustrator and photoshop that was pretty basic beginner level.
