The interview process I was involved in fell during the holiday break for the company so my process was longer than I think it takes for others. I really enjoyed it - gave me a great perspective of all the people I would interact with on a regular basis and their expectations.

Behavioral

Orbitz warned me that I might spend a day interviewing and then never hear back, and they were right. Their HR department is incredibly incompetent. This is the first time I've interviewed with a company and received no follow-up. I've basically given up on getting any updates, assuming I didn't get the job. Honestly, considering how they treat candidates, I'm probably better off not working there.

Behavioral Technical

So the interview started with a phone screen and then there were multiple rounds after that. It was more behavioral than technical, though there were a few technical questions fitting the job needs. They wanted to see how adaptable and spontaneous I could be. They really focused on my past experience and how it would translate to this role.
