It was a pretty straightforward interview, felt more like a chat than a formal STAR method interview. They seemed more interested in getting to know me than asking me to detail a bunch of random situations like in other interview types.

It was very long and drawn out. First I spoke with the recruiter in HR, then about 2 weeks later I spoke on the phone with the GM at the office where I was to work (he forgot to call me on my first appointment and I hadn't been given a number to reach him). I was then interviewed in person by the GM. After which I had a phone call with the department manager in another office. Finally I had an phone interview with the President of the company (this would have been an in person interview, but due to another office, I asked them if they could move it up because I didn't want to turn down an actual offer for a maybe.
