Supply Chain Manager
I'm really disappointed with how this company handled their interview process. Even though I got good feedback after two interviews, I never heard anything back from HR or the hiring manager. I reached out two weeks after my second interview and they just said it was still moving along, but then... nothing. It's wild because in my 20+ years of working, I've never been 'ghosted' by a company before.
- What unique value do you offer for this position?
HR Generalist
I had a recruiter screening at the start of December. Then, after not hearing back until January, I had my hiring manager interview and was told I'd be moving on. I followed up a few times, and was told my resume was being reviewed by the next interviewer. After that, I was ghosted.

- Do you have any basic HR screening questions for me?
Grants Manager
The interview process was straightforward with competency-based questions focusing on your grants management experience, proposal development skills, and ability to work on cross-cultural teams. There was a panel of 5 people, and three interviews in total. The first interview was with an HR consultant. The difficulty was relatively average, and there were no trick questions.
- Can you share an instance where you faced a challenging situation with a donor?
Communications Coordinator
I applied online and HR contacted me about two weeks later to set up a video call with the head HR associate. It was a pretty standard interview with no tricky questions. They wanted to gauge my understanding of the job duties, my career aspirations, and my overall personality. The interview itself was easy and pleasant. The only downside was that the interviewer completely ghosted me after the interview when I followed up. At the very least, HR could have sent a simple email saying I wasn't selected or that they found someone else. It's been over three months since my interview and I still haven't heard back. Overall, it felt like a waste of my time.
- What's prompting your job search from your current role?
- Is there any other information you'd like to provide about yourself?
