So there were 3 main interview stages where I spoke with different people in the business, including my potential manager in the first one. The other two were with senior leaders. There was also a casual 30-minute chat in between the second and third interviews.

It was a very personable interview process. All three rounds were finished in under two weeks. They explained the process to me in detail before we began and I got feedback right away. They were very time efficient and gave me a lot of details about the position.

Behavioral Presentation

I had a few interviews with people at the company. After the first one, I didn't hear back for two weeks. They eventually messaged saying they were busy but still interested, so we talked again. They had me do a presentation about the market, which I spent time preparing. We had the interview, I gave the presentation, and then... nothing. No feedback, no updates, no clue what was happening. It was really disrespectful to not even get a response after asking me to do a whole presentation. I'm really disappointed with how this whole thing went down and wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.

It was a two round interview process. The first was a telephone interview where we talked about my motivations for wanting to work in recruitment and generally got introduced to the company. The second was a face-to-face meeting with several team members where we discussed my education and work background.
