After I applied, they reached out to me and I had some interviews online. Even though it seemed like I was a good fit and had good rapport, I got ghosted. They never got back to me, gave no feedback, and no rejection.

I went through 3 rounds of interviews: one online and two in-person. The in-person ones required me to prepare a case study beforehand. Unfortunately, I was completely ghosted by the team afterwards and got no response to my follow-ups.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was easy and fun, feeling quite open. I talked with a bunch of different people from the company, which gave me a good vibe for the company culture. It felt entrepreneurial and not too hierarchical. Since they didn't have a formal HR department set up yet, the onboarding was a bit chaotic, but honestly, I didn't mind too much.

I interviewed with 3 people and felt like it went really well. They told me I'd hear back in a few days because they were looking to hire fast. The hiring manager even said, 'at least you won't have to wait the weekend.' But Friday came and went with no word. Monday passed, still nothing. I messaged them at the end of Monday for an update. I didn't hear back until Tuesday, when they said they were still deciding and expected to have a decision by the end of that week. Two and a half weeks later, even though I asked for an update or any useful feedback, I just got a generic email saying they went with another candidate. I still wanted feedback even after that, but got nothing.
