Behavioral Technical

I went through three interviews for one job, but they ended up hiring no one for the position. I've applied to five other jobs and haven't even gotten an interview for those. They relist most jobs right after rejecting applicants.

It was two rounds, a technical and a behavioral. The technical interview was all about excel, covering basic to advanced functions. The behavioral round used the STAR method, aligning with company principles. The hiring process was quite slow, with the whole onboarding taking 3-4 months.

Behavioral

It took about 3 months from applying to getting an offer. I applied in January, and then in March, an HR person called me. After that, I had just one interview with the hiring team. About a week later, they made me an offer.

Technical Behavioral

Applied online to the job posting. Got an invite for a technical interview within a week. The technical interview questions were specific to the role, so just do some homework beforehand and you'll be fine. Within a week, I got an invite for a phone behavioral interview. I was interviewed by a four-person panel (including an HR rep) and asked ten questions about behavioral scenarios concerning leadership, teamwork, initiative, customers, and why I want the job, etc.

  • Can you describe a situation where you had to interact with customers and how you resolved a problem they were experiencing?
