Customer Service Representative
Had a first 30-min chat with a recruiter. Later got an email for a second 30-min chat with the Head of Talent. After a few days, got an email to schedule an hour-long interview with the head of the team and the department head. Department head couldn't make it, so I had a good interview with the team lead instead. Then, I got ghosted and my follow-up emails were ignored. It's pretty insulting to not even get a response saying they're moving forward with other candidates after putting in the time and effort.

Implementation Specialist
It was a really disappointing screening. I had just one initial call with the recruiter and decided not to proceed because of how the company and the role were presented. I was a couple of minutes late to the call because of a camera issue, and even though I apologized, the recruiter's response was really cold and focused on punctuality instead of the actual conversation. During the call, they kept asking about how long I was at my previous jobs, suggesting it might be a bad thing. When I asked for more details about the job, they said everything was already in the job description and that I should do my own research instead of asking general questions. They also mentioned that the company avoids too many internal communication channels so employees don't get distracted. When I asked about the company culture, they said they don't really discuss it because it's a remote company and therefore "there isn't one." I can't speak for the company overall, but the way the role and environment were described was quite discouraging and made me feel like it's a very rigid work environment.

Marketing Operations Manager
I had one interview for the Marketing Operations Manager role. The conversation was professional and went smoothly. The interviewer asked about my background, experience with marketing automation tools, and how I approach campaign measurement and process improvements. Questions were straightforward and relevant to the role. The overall tone was conversational, and I felt the interviewer was genuinely interested in learning about my experience. The process was fairly quick compared to other companies I’ve interviewed with.

Product Marketing Manager
The interview process seemed transparent and simple at first, but it became less so. There were 6 meetings in total, including the HR screen, and I spoke with 6 different people. After each round, I got positive feedback from both the hiring manager and the HR lead. They even told me I was doing great, and the hiring manager sent me an email the night before my final interview with the CEO and CPO, offering tips and well wishes, mentioning that everyone I had met so far was impressed with me. The interview with the CEO and CPO went okay, though the CPO asked strange questions about my previous company's layoffs instead of my background or experience. About 4 days later, I got a standard email saying they had many candidates and chose someone whose experience better matched their needs. They then reposted the job. When I asked the hiring manager and HR lead for feedback, they ignored me. I feel that after reaching the final round, I deserve better than a generic email and then being ignored when asking for feedback, which feels disrespectful.
