It was a fast process, which I really liked. They were quick to let me know decisions and weren't pushy. First, I had a brief phone chat with a recruiter to check if it was a good match. Then, just a day or two later, I had a virtual interview with my direct manager. A little bit later, another day or two, I had a second virtual interview with both of the VPs.

Applied online and then had a quick chat with HR first. Then, I met with the hiring manager for about 30 minutes. They asked about my past work and if I'd be a good fit for the team. I heard back with an offer in less than a week.

It was quick and to the point. They seem to be looking for people they believe they can turn into good salesmen. I haven't started the job yet, but the interview was focused on gauging what qualities my other job experiences bring to the table.
